Where we ship
We currently ship across India.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may take a little longer. During Diwali and other sale seasons, delays are possible because of high order volume.

Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on all orders. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. To confirm your order, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Delivery attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times. If we cannot reach you or the delivery fails, the order may be returned to us, and we may not be able to reship it.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or resolution.
